PU Polymer Coating for PVC Glove Coated

Polymer coating is used for PVC Glove Coated which is a water-based dispersion with high molecular weight waterborne Polyurethane interpolymers. It is formulated to use convenient, and offer good hand feeling, smooth, looking and appearance. 

Typical Application

Polymer coating for PVC Glove Coated is recommended for use as PVC gloves coated, both in disposable gloves finishing and household gloves finishing. It is formulated to  seal to plasticized PVC film when heating and surface stick.

How to use ?

Polymer coating for PVC Glove Coated is diluted by pure-water with weight ratio 18-30:1, the weight ratio can adjust according to dynamic environment. Through the experiment of stability, the influence of temperature, dilution water quality was revealed.  The best applicable range of  temperature for practical use is different for different products. The water conductivity should not be higher than 50us/cm, and water hardness should not be higher than 150 mg (CaCO3)/L. Use impregnation method when production line running in gear.

Storage

Store products in tightly closed original containers at temperatures recommended on the product label ( 15~40 ℃). Store it in cool, dry, well ventilated area.

Period quality warranty: 6 months, if it is pass through the examination of the performance index

 still be used more than the durability. 

Package

The product should be packed in clean and dry plastic drum 200kg or 1000kg drum. Other types of packaging can also be considered according to requirements.
